Hillary started her yoga journey 15 years ago with a free 2 weeks pass to a hot yoga studio. 6 years ago she completed the 200 hour training with an additional 300 hours added in 2022. She is a mother, farmer and dedicated yoga, meditation and fitness teacher. Now offering boutique style classes in a Geodome on her family farm for a unique wellness experience.

This Practice is gentle movements on the mat lead by you breath. The class is one hour long and creates a gradual heat in your body. It build strength using body weight and creates ease through gentle stretches.
The base of this practice begins with a gentle flow as described above. Light hand weights and resistance bands are used to aid in building strength. Using weights will keep your bones and joints healthy.
This practice is an hour long. It blends Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation through longer held poses with support. Nidra also known as sleep yoga is a guided mediation. Nidra aids in treating anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD and other mental health concerns.
A Gentle practice that can be done completely in a chair. This class is for all levels and ages. You will practice breath work, strength building and ease.
This fun practice teaches children mediation and yoga movement through games and stories. Want to join them? You can practice together or they can come on their own. This class is 40 mins.
This class is 90 mins. The practice begins with gentle movements on the mat to facility lubrication and mobility through joints. The Yin portion is an hour and moves slowly to stillness. Poses are held for 2-5 mins with guided breath work. This practice will delivery hydration to the fascia in the targeted area.
